Libraries of Life understands and respects your concerns about privacy. This notice describes our privacy policy as it pertains to the Libraries of Life augmented reality app developed by and for our sponsors and partners. We may from time-to-time revise this privacy policy, and the date of last revision will be available at the top of this page. By using apps developed by Libraries of Life, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of products developed by Libraries of Life after changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, storage and use of personally identifiable information.
Children
If you are a parent or guardian who have become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you should contact us immediately by e-mailing us at [email protected]. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our system.
Special Warnings as related to the use of Augmented Reality
- For young children using app parental supervision is recommended.
- Be aware of physical hazards and obstacles in the real world while using the app on your device.
Data We Collect
Libraries of Life may collect information such as information about the device you use to access our apps, including but not limited to browser type, mobile device platform, geolocation, level of usage, and frequency of use of specific features and targets as a result of using our apps.
The Libraries of Life app does require permission to access your device camera in order for end-user to engage and interact with the app and the cards.
The data collected through our apps is automatically collected via Google Analytics and is anonymous. Collected data will at no time be sold or offered to unaffiliated third parties. The data will be used only to providing a service to our app sponsors/partners who wish to better understand their audience and for purposes of improving app performance with our end-users.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
Some of our apps may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
Information Sharing with Unaffiliated Third Parties
We will not disclose your personally identifiable information to another third party entity for any reason.
How we protect information
Although ExplorMor Labs strives to protect your information by implementing reasonable security control measures and safeguards, we are unable to guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us through our apps or that we store on our systems or that is stored on our third party contractors’ systems.
Targeted Advertising
We do not use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit and/or use ExplorMor products and apps. We do not allow advertisers and other third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie or similar technology on your browser in order to collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits.

The Libraries of Life app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by any of our apps by uninstalling the application (s). You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will post the revised version with an updated revision date, at http://www.libraries-of-life.org
